Ya I know i’m deviating from the original subject of the blog… Ghalib. But at least I’m live again!!
So have this, its and old favirout from Dharmveer Bharati:
srijan ki thakan bhool ja devataa,
abhi to paDi hai dharaa adhbani.
adhuri dharaa par nahi hai kanhee,
abhi swarg ki neev kaa bhi patA
srijan ki thakan bhool ja devataa
Some really insipring words. Though the poet is addressing a creative mind… an artist or a poet, but its still very relevant for people like me.
sapana abhi bhi…
Kyonki hai sapana abhi bhi
isliye talwaar tuTi,
ashwa ghaayal,
kohare Dubi dishaayein,
kau dushman,
kaun apane log,
sab kuchh dhund-dhumil,
kintu kaayam uddha ka sankalp hai apana abhi bhi,
kyonki hai sapana abhi bhi.
